Terms of Service

 

Quotes are valid for up to 24 hours and based on double occupancy. In the Luxury, Premium and Superior Habitares we can include and extra bed, for an additional fee per person.

Please inquire for details. Full deposit is required to hold rooms. Breakfast is not included in room rate (Except when we have special offers).

Unused prepaid services, such as airport transfers or tours booking in advance, are non-refundable.

 

Cancellation Policy - Habitares

 

Reservations with discounted rates or during major holidays are NON-REFUNDABLE (Holidays includes Dec 15 -Jan 5th, and official American/Canadian/Nicaraguan Holidays).

Cancellation requests must be received 30 days in advance to avoid forfeiting the full amount and will be submitted for verification. Requests may be approved or denied. Refund requests received in time and approved, will be refunded 30 days after approval, less a 10% processing fee, taxes and credit card finance charges. If not eligible for a refund, guests may have the option of using their full credit on another date, valid for one year.

 

Cancellation Policy - Activities & Tours

 

To guarantee your reservation of the selected activity, reservations must be made and paid with a minimum of 48 hours prior of the activity. Cancellations of activities will incur with the following charges:

More than 48 hours – 100% refund either by refund or consumption credit on your room account.

Between 36 and 48 hours – 50% fee of chosen activity.

Less than 36 hours – 100% of fee of chosen activity.

In the event of no-show a 100% fee will be charged to your room account.
