Aerial yoga tones the body and strengthens the abdominal muscles, legs and backs by stretching them to the fullest. Fabrics are used to suspend and deepen the positions. Stretches the spine and “oxygenates” the spinal cord while reactivating the circulation and the respiratory systems. Strengthens and defines the muscular system.
